Registration Extended
Organizing Committee of 23rd International Congress of Arachnology, Kochi, India, has announced that the registration deadline for ICA 2026 (originally set for 31 August 2026) has been extended to 30 September 2026.
ICA 2026 will be held in Kochi, Kerala, India, from 15–21 November 2026.
If you have been considering attending the Congress or presenting your research, this is your final opportunity to register. We encourage you not to wait until the extended deadline and to complete your registration at the earliest.
Presentation Slots Available
Following the conversion of some previously scheduled oral presentations to poster presentations, a limited number of Oral Presentation slots have now become available.
A limited number of Poster Presentation slots are also currently available. Colleagues wishing to present their research are therefore encouraged to register and submit their abstracts as soon as possible, as the available presentation slots are limited.
Visa Requirement for Foreign Participants
Please note that all foreign delegates are required to obtain the necessary Government clearance for participation in the Congress. Early registration and submission of the required details will help facilitate the clearance process.
Please also note that foreign participants attending scientific conferences in India are required to obtain the appropriate Conference Visa under the Business Visa category. A Tourist Visa is not sufficient for participation in a scientific conference. Therefore, early registration and completion of the required Government clearance formalities are important, as the necessary clearance documents may be required when applying for the appropriate visa.
